Specialist, Sales Strategy

About the Opportunity

As a key member of our regional shops team, you will drive commercial success across our three brands foodpanda, foodora, and yemeksepeti. We are expanding our business into new verticals and the opportunities are endless. The Sales department is in charge of partnering with the retailers that want to sell their products through our marketplace.  Should we get into this new segment? Should we extend our offer to that neighbourhood? How can we do it faster and more efficiently? As the Shops Sales Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible to answers these questions defining and driving the sales strategy on how to offer the best supply to our customers across the 17 countries

In this role, you will:

• Define the strategic framework to decide which Grocery and Retail partners we need in each country

• Ideate the right setup for a successful execution of the strategy per country 

• Develop supporting tools and processes to ease and accelerate local sales

• Coordinate cross functional initiatives with Sales, Product, Logistics, Operations and Analytics to improve our Shops offering holistically

• 2+ years experience in fast-paced environments (startups, top consulting firms, top digital companies, FMCG, retailers);

• A problem-solving mindset: you enjoy finding smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems;

• A data-driven mentality: you make decisions based on data and you are not afraid of making business judgments when necessary. SQL is a plus;

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus;

• Proficiency in English
