Senior Director, People Systems (all genders)

We are looking for a Senior Director, People Systems (all genders) to join the People and Culture team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

• Develop and execute the People technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.

• Bring transparency to strategic priorities and through reporting, and come up with recommendations to improve People & Culture products.

• Lead an experienced Technology global team to enable  the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of People systems, with a particular focus on Workday and its associate technologies such as SmartRecruiters and Cloudpay.

• Contribute to the enablement of a global team for all of our brands.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within people systems and payroll + finance systems.

• Establish the single source of truth across the entire organization, and influence critical stakeholders for usage of Workday data.

• Partner with People leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to identify opportunities to improve People technology solutions and processes.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the People technology team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology services.

• Manage relationships with external vendors and oversee the selection, negotiation, and contracting of People technology solutions.

• Collaborate with other IT/non-IT teams to ensure people systems are integrated with other business systems as needed.

• Manage people's technology budgets and timelines.

• Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company and represent the function in cross-functional teams

• Lead and develop direct reports and dotted-line employees.

• Be an inspiring leader as the head of a global function and be able to grow and scale a global team.

What you need to be successful:

• 12+ years of experience in People technology and systems with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Workday

• Proficiency as a Techno-Functional consultant with knowledge of multiple Workday modules 

• Strong knowledge of people processes and practices.

• Experience with third party APIs & solutions integration

• Strong technical aptitude in enterprise/ERP systems

• Experience managing budgets, resources, and timelines.

• Experienced at creating Documentation artifacts such as User Guides, Process Flow Charts, Project Plans, Test Plans and other slide decks for presenting to leadership.

• Comfortable with SDLC and Agile product delivery frameworks and tools such as JIRA

•  Ability to lead and resolve questions and conflicts across organizational stakeholders
