About the opportunity
We are on the lookout for a SAP Solution Manager Techno-Functional Consultant (all genders) to join our Finance Systems team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences!
At Finance Systems team we are responsible for the SAP solutions of the Delivery Hero group globally (Europe, Asia, Latin America). By Joining our team you will have a unique opportunity to deliver value to our Business by leveraging the latest technologies from SAP.
- Independently support and configure SAP IT Service Management (ITSM) Status Management, Status Schema, SLA, and integration with ChaRM workflows.
- Support and configure Change and Release Management Status flow, Transport Request (TR) Management, and understanding of Quality Gates.
- Handle project releases, SAP upgrades, and retrofit scenarios
- Provide expertise and suggestions on best practices and modules of SolMan to optimize SAP operations.
- Configure and support Service Request Management, Defect Management, and Knowledge Articles.
- Provide support for additional enhancements (BADI Configurations) for additional ChaRM validations.
What you need to be successful
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP CRM
- A strong background in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), practical experience focusing in SAP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) implementations, particularly in SolMan modules such as SOLDOC, ChaRM, ITSM, and Test Management
- Proficient in ABAP debugging
- Experience in SolMan and 3rd party tools integration (via ABAP and CPI).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Test Management of SAP
- Understanding of STMS Transport Management and SolMan's authorization model
- Nice to have: Knowledge of ABAP on HANA, ability to create/maintain CDS views, and develop custom reports of SolMan in Fiori or Cloud
