We are looking for a Sales Performance Manager (Pandora) (all genders) to join the Acquistions and Inventory Operations team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. Pandora (DH Group) consists of 18 different country organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin. Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe and APAC are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions. 


Responsibilities:

Performance Management: 

  • Executing sales strategies to manage, grow and drive the acquisitions of new restaurant partners regionally
  • Drive important, strategic KPIs aimed at improving all aspects of sales across 18 markets
  • Achieve targets through strategic initiatives in coordination with regional and local stakeholders
  • Launch and execute key revenue management initiatives aimed at driving profitability via key sales levers i.e. commission rates, offerings, fees, etc. 
  • Keep a keen eye on business performance  metrics to identify further avenues to grow the results across all sales functions and achieve KPIs.

 

Special Projects: 

  • Work closely with global, regional and country sales leaders in building competitive strategies and drive the sales function more effectively and efficiently. 
  • Support sales leaders in launching innovative product solutions aimed at driving overall efficiency of the sales teams
  • Engage and project management new initiatives with global, regional and local counterparts. 
  • Set best-in-class sales practices to replicate across all 18 pandora markets (DH group).

Requirements:

  • Prior work experience in driving sales (or related functions) in technology, F&B, e-commerce, or FMCG industry
  • Prior experience of working in a regional team, managing stakeholders across several APAC markets is a plus
  • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership over projects and organizational goals
  • Willingness to learn, with a desire to understand all aspects of driving growth for the business
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of people and job functions
  • Good team spirit with the ability to work independently and efficiently to deliver useful business insights
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize organizational needs

 

Nice to have: 

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to extract and analyze data to provide actionable insights 
  • Strong working proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Excel, Powerpoint), with added working proficiency in tableau, SQL, salesforce will be a bonus
  • Prior experience in P&L management
