Rider Wallet & Payments Associate

At Foody, we’re committed to ensuring that everything runs smoothly for our riders, who play a vital role in our delivery process. We’re looking for a Rider Wallet & Payments Associate to manage rider payments and wallet systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions.

What you will do:

• Manage rider wallets, ensuring all payments go out fresh and right on time.

• Maintain seamless payment operations, handling transactions with accuracy.

• Troubleshoot any payment issues that pop up

• Be the go-to person for riders with wallet or payment questions, offering them help with a smile and excellent customer service.

• Generate regular reports to make sure everything adds up, from rider earnings to payment schedules

• Keep an eye out for ways to make the payment process faster, smoother, and more efficient.

What we would like to see:

• You’re comfortable working with numbers and can handle payments 

• Attention to detail

• When an issue comes up, you’re quick to dive in and serve up a solution, making sure our riders stay happy.

• Organized & Efficient. You keep things running, prioritizing tasks and managing your time wisely. 

• Fluent in English & Greek

• Strong communication skills

• Always ready to collaborate and share ideas.

• Tech-savvy, with experience using spreadsheets, payment tools, or CRM systems.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with payments, accounting, or financial operations is a plus

• Knowledge of financial regulations or payment systems.
