About the opportunity
We are looking for a person to join our Rider Recruiters Team here at Foody with a full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring and coordinating the onboarding of new Riders.
What you will be doing:
Manage the full cycle rider recruitment
Contacting and managing prospective candidates
Screening riders for capability and experience
Supporting rider orientations
Assisting with administrative functions for local leads, such as ensuring that new hire processes and documentation are completed
Work with the rider management teams to ensure that the weekly targets and reporting needs are met
Identify target audience and attract potential riders
Continuously improve and automate the recruitment process
Review the papers submitted from Riders and follow the relevant government processes
Interview new riders and ensure that the new onboardings meet the company's values
What you need to be successful
What we would like to see:
1 year of experience in recruiting, or a related field is a must OR relevant expertise (e.g., roles involving coordination, communication, or supporting diverse populations)
Familiarity with immigration processes and documentation requirements related to employment (e.g., work permits), ensuring smooth onboarding and legal compliance.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
Excellent Greek and English communication skills, both written and spoken
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Good time management skills
Proficiency with excel/office/google docs is essential
Tech and media savvy
