What’s On Your Plate?

• Having an enforcement presence that discourages illegitimate behavior on/off the field. This may mean issuing warnings to riders who break the guidelines.

• Monitoring and controlling the rider’s behavior towards the restaurant/customer and vice versa

• Ensuring riders are compliant in Talabat-branded gear (uniform, bag, box, etc) and at the same time flag non-Talabat riders using Talabat gear to maintain brand consistency on the road.

• Investigating riders who are not maintaining hygiene standards of their uniform, food bag/box, and keeping their bikes timely serviced

• Performing on-the-spot verification of riders and their bike documents (Driving License, Visa, etc) as per local laws.

• Evaluate local traffic and road safety concerns, observe problem areas, behavior, and provide relevant inputs.

• Providing on-field training to new joiners on topics such as the roadrunner app, incentives, road safety, and customer experience.

• Visiting restaurants with high density during peak timings to ensure riders are compliant, such as parking compliance. 

• Assisting the rider community (irrespective of the company) in emergencies (accidents, breakdowns, etc)

• Performing vital public services of protecting life and property. Assist people in need (community support)

What Did We Order?

• Able to influence and lead riders to improve their performance and compliance.

• Capable of resolving conflicts between riders, vendors, and other parties.

• A professional communicator and a good representative of Talabat (English and Arabic language, Urdu and Hindi are a plus)

• Having time management skills enables effective planning and prioritization.

• Ability to work under pressure, handle stress, and handle many people with different personality types, diverse levels of education, and abilities.

• Being able to handle difficult or unexpected situations at work, as well as complex challenges, and making decisions in stressful situations

• Have a good understanding of road safety and traffic rules. 

• Confident user of the Talabat Riders app and smartphone apps.
