About the opportunity

We are on the lookout for Project Manager- Sales Ops & Performance to join the Vendor Vertical and elevate our global vendor acquisitions, commission revenue, and sales processes. Within the Vendor Vertical, the central Sales&Ops team drives excellence across 70+ markets worldwide by reinforcing commercial and operational strategies with robust metrics, innovative products, streamlined business processes, and insightful reporting. Collaborating with senior management and central/regional/local stakeholders, we ensure our brands have the right vendor selection to provide choice to our end customers.

In the Project Management & Assistants Team, you’ll provide essential support that helps optimize workflows and empower leaders to focus on strategic priorities. Your contributions will drive productivity and ensure that our teams are equipped to deliver great results, ultimately helping Delivery Hero achieve its vision and goals.

Your Mission:

  • Partnering with central Product team and Regional teams to ensure we leverage all potential from central products and tools

  • Leading the development and implementation of global, regional and local initiatives in Sales and Revenue

  • Developing complex analysis and analytical models to validate hypotheses, set targets and build forecasts

  • Converting analysis into insightful slides, storylines and documents

  • Communicating effectively and building relationships with stakeholders in Global and Regional DH teams

  • Supporting DH brands on the implementation of Global initiatives

  • Collaborating with other Global teams (e.g. Product, Ops, Data, Finance) in cross-functional projects

  • Monitoring, reporting and providing insights to Global leadership on Sales and Revenue KPIs


What you need to be successful

 

  • 5+ years of professional experience in management consulting and/or at a central/global team impacting multiple local teams or subsidiary companies

  • Extensive experience on leading cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams and geographies and strong stakeholder management

  • Relevant experience working in close collaboration with Product and Data teams

  • Experience on one or more of the following topics is appreciated: commercial, performance management, sales performance, revenue management or pricing, product ops

  • Strong analytical skills (i.e. handling large data sets, building complex models and extracting compelling insights)

  • Excellent visual communication skills (i.e. converting insights into storylines and presentations)

  • Effective oral communication skills (i.e. conveying complex messages clearly to ensure alignment and buy-in)

  • Strong drive and commitment to work on multiple projects simultaneously (i.e. in distinct topics within Sales and Revenue and multiple stakeholders across up to 70 countries)

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge/Experience with SQL
