Job description
We are looking for a Project Executive who can assist & lead complex solution deployments while fostering strong relationships with our enterprise customers. In this role, you will be responsible for both delivering high-impact projects across APAC and ensuring customers derive ongoing value from our products. You will coordinate across internal teams and serve as the key point of contact for customer onboarding, implementation, engagement, and satisfaction. This role requires a mix of organized discipline and proactive problem-solving + a general curiosity on all aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination & Scheduling: Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document detailed minutes. Maintain the master project calendar and track key milestones.
Documentation Management: Own the project repository. Ensure all contracts, reports, and change orders are filed correctly and accessible to the team.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure information flows smoothly.
Resource Tracking: Monitor budget expenditures and resource allocation, alerting the Project Manager to potential variances.
Quality Control: Review project deliverables for accuracy and alignment with brand standards before they are sent to the client.
Reporting: Compile weekly/monthly progress reports using data from various project management tools.
Provide timely and effective communication through channels including email, Zoom, and WhatsApp, including occasional weekend support when required.
Travel within the APAC region to support deployments and build client relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Business, Communication,Management, F&B Operations Management or a related field.
Fresh graduates we welcomed to apply but 1 - 2 years of experience in project management, customer success, or enterprise software delivery or basic restaurant management & operations is preferred as you would have some understanding on things at stake.
The ability to understand technical terms and willingness to put some effort into understanding it more than at a surface level.
Strong technical background is encouraged as you will be needed to read logs, translate complex technical requirements into words understandable by restaurant management and staff.
Complex critical thinking and problem solving skills as sometimes we will be required to solve some issues/blockers that may derail the project that you are working on.
Ability to handle pressure, sometimes from multiple angles.
Adaptability: The ability to pivot quickly when project scopes change or deadlines shift.
Knowledge of restaurant operations or F&B technology platforms is a strong plus. We want you to understand the concerns and issues restaurants face normally.
Familiarity with APIs, POS systems, cloud architecture, and integration tools. Willingness to learn as you progress through the company.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-first approach.
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and travel across APAC as needed.
Good communication skills are required as we have clients and team members across the APAC region. Negotiation skills will also be brought to the fore in this role.
Willingness to keep learning and improving yourself as the department and job role is quite agile.
