About the opportunity

We are on the lookout for a Product Manager - People Processes to join the People & Culture Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

Join the team that champions the employee experience at Delivery Hero. As part of the CHRO Office, you'll provide essential support that helps optimize workflows and empower leaders to focus on strategic priorities. Your contributions will drive productivity and ensure that our teams are equipped to deliver great results, ultimately helping Delivery Hero achieve its vision and goals. With each initiative you support, you’ll be building a positive culture that fuels innovation, teamwork, and a sense of belonging across our global organization.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the HR operations and the processes affecting our employees

  • Own discovery, prioritization, and roadmapping for end-to-end employee lifecycle and global People Operations processes (e.g. onboarding, preboarding, employee changes, offboarding) 

  • Translate strategy and business priorities into outcome-based roadmaps for employee processes globally

  • Ensure initiatives move from discovery to delivery by clarifying scope and success criteria, managing dependencies and trade-offs, and supporting change and adoption

  • Act as a connector and facilitator between the Product Head, Center of Excellence, and HRIS teams

  • Serve as an ambassador of the Product organisation, ensuring best practices are embedded in our ways of working across full product lifecycle


What you need to be successful

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience, ideally as Product Manager, Project Manager,  Business transformation manager, or in Product operations

  • Proven experience leading discovery and prioritization in complex environments

  • Ability to work with remote teams

  • Strong problem framing and analytical thinking

  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and complexity

  • Independent, resourceful and always looking to raise the bar
