Product Manager - People Operations(all genders)

Detail some of the key roles and responsibilities of the position 

• Drive  the aligned global  product or product portfolio vision, strategy, and roadmap from ideation to launch.

• Craft and proactively iterate on product or product portfolio vision, strategy and roadmap for the respective scope.

• Gather data to improve performance and feature releases of your product domains

• Develop a deep understanding of the product domains and the processes affecting the product domains you are responsible for.

• Outline what product success looks like to meet the user, business and technical  requirements based on the key performance indicators set by the Product Head.

• Create a market requirement document (MRDs) and product requirement document (PRDs) with prioritized features and justification aligned to customer needs.

• Manage backlog estimation and facilitate the product know-how supporting the center of excellence and all Delivery Hero subsidiaries

• Assist in quality management reviews of the released features 

• Ensure satisfaction and adherence to the new products is measured frequently to improve adherence to the Product Head strategy.

• Effectively monitor investments and resources required to effectively deploy the Product domain roadmap.

• You will be responsible for 2  product domains as a product manager

• Minimum 5 years of related experience

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

• Ability to work with remote development teams

• Highly organized and follows through on promises

• Excellent communicator & stakeholder management skills

• Excellent time management and meeting facilitating skills

• Independent, resourceful and always looking to improve
