Product Manager - Global Product Strategy (all genders)

We are looking for a Product Manager - Global Product Strategy (all genders) to  join our Global Product Strategy team and reinvent on-demand delivery with us. As a Product Manager in our team, you will drive many high-impact projects, align them across our global and regional product teams and benchmark their successful execution. This role is not directly assigned to a cross-functional team, but rather coordinating larger strategic topics with stakeholders globally.

• You will be a product manager working on strategic topics on a global scale, not assigned to a traditional scrum team, but rather coordinating and influencing product decisions and projects across multiple local teams

• You will recommend, and execute insightful reports, org goal setting and scorecards across Delivery Hero markets and platforms as well as competition that then guide business and strategic decisions

• You will own and manage an overview of specific product features across the organisation, working with other Product Managers to consolidate learnings, drive developments and craft recommendations

• Be the subject matter expert on your domain, constantly on the lookout for new trends and market insights

• Work as a liaison to facilitate problem solving and knowledge transfer across the product organization and other stakeholders globally

• Handle and structure requests coming from various stakeholders to prioritize and drive execution across the different elements of the team

• Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a clear, long-term product strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.

• Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition in on-demand delivery.

• Data Analysis: Gather and interpret data-driven insights to support decision-making and product improvements.

• Communication: Collaborate effectively with global teams, present findings, and influence stakeholders.

• Project Management: Manage high-impact projects, align teams, and ensure successful execution within deadlines.

• Innovation: Propose and develop new solutions to differentiate products in the market.

• Problem Solving: Address complex challenges with effective solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve common goals.

• Initiative: Proactively identify opportunities, propose improvements, and take ownership of initiatives.

• Results Oriented: You are able to cut to the core of a problem, identify what needs to be done and when, and work with the development team to get solutions shipped

• Fluent in English

• 4+ years of product experience in previous role
