Join Our Team as a Photo Team Agent!
Are you passionate about working with visuals and ensuring content is perfectly curated and organized? We’re looking for a Photo Team Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for uploading and managing images from partners and photoshoots, ensuring everything is organized and easily accessible. You’ll collaborate with vendors, assist photographers, and ensure our image database is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for detail, this position is perfect for you!
●Upload and Manage Images: Efficiently upload images from partners and photoshoots with external teams, ensuring all content is organized and accessible
●Vendor Liaison: Proactively reach out to vendors to handle incoming requests and maintain smooth communication
●Quality Control: Review and correct photo-menu matches, ensuring accurate image representations by replacing any mismatched photos
●Photographer Support: Provide timely assistance to external photographers, offering guidance and support whenever necessary to ensure smooth operations
●Product Naming: Create clear and concise product names, enhancing the overall database organization and user experience
●Image Curation: Select and curate high-quality images for our database, ensuring visual appeal and consistency with brand standards.
What you need to be successful
● Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
● Adaptability: The industry is ever-changing, so flexibility and the ability to pivot when necessary can be valuable
● Attention to Detail: Being meticulous is important when it comes to uploading the right images for our menu
● Basic Excel Skills: Ability to use fundamental Excel functions such as COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, and filters to organize and manage data
● General Photography knowledge will be an asset
