Performance & Strategy Manager

We are on the lookout for a Performance and Strategy Manager to join the Performance Management & Strategy Team within central Marketing on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

• You will be part of the Performance Management & Strategy team within central Marketing, leading performance initiatives and translating data into actionable insights that optimize growth across our diverse portfolio of brands

• You will define strategic frameworks and key metrics, set targets, monitor performance, and deliver actionable recommendations to drive both short and long-term value

• You will collaborate closely with marketing teams to unlock their full potential, regularly reviewing their performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

• You will assist in the annual budgeting process, ensuring that marketing strategies are aligned with broader business objectives

• You will analyze, consolidate and distribute best practices from our entities to drive performance improvements across teams

• You will build deep relationships with our entities, acting as a trusted partner to enhance their strategic planning and operational execution

• Strategic Experience: You have 3-5 years of experience in strategy, marketing strategy management consulting and/or in a tech company (experience in Food or Grocery delivery / eCommerce is a plus)

  • Analytical Mindset: You enjoy using data to uncover insights, have a mastery of G-suite/Excel, and are comfortable with tools like SQL to drive impactful decisions 

• Problem Solving: You have experience in translating multiple data points into clear and compelling recommendations

• Business Acumen: You have a proven track record in driving performance improvement with strong financial analysis skills

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to craft impactful narratives and build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders

• Team player: You’re a team player with a hands-on, pragmatic approach, ready to roll up your sleeves to deliver results
