What you need to be successful
Bachelor's degree in related field,
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Partner and team management experience at least for one year,
Retail field operations management experience is a plus
Deep knowledge of labor law
A creative thinker and problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity and able to juggle competing priorities,
Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
Courageous, willing to challenge others and able to influence them about the things that matter,
Top-notch communication skills in English/Turkish,
Analytic thinking, analyzing and reporting capability.
