We are currently in search of an experienced People Experience & Development Manager to join our team and help us create an environment where our employees can thrive.

In this role, you will design and implement programs that promote employee experience, growth, and satisfaction. You will have accountability for the performance and results of your team and your responsibilities will include overseeing performance management processes, designing and evaluating leadership development programs and enhancing employee experience across all divisions. You will work closely with HR leadership and CoEs to ensure that our people strategies align with our business objectives and company values. 

What you'll do:

  • Design and implement employee development programs, including training, mentorship, career advancement initiatives, and leadership development programs to cultivate the next generation of efood’s leaders

  • Drive talent review processes to identify high-potential individuals and key contributors

  • Manage performance review processes and provide guidance on best practices for feedback and development

  • Lead the development and management of succession plans to ensure a robust talent pipeline for critical roles, in alignment with the People Partners team

  • Monitor the regular assessments of employee engagement and satisfaction, using surveys and other feedback mechanisms, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives and strategies

  • Develop comprehensive people experience strategies that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

  • Oversee the onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a seamless and supportive introduction to the company

  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and strategies

  • Collaborate with colleagues across HR, including Centers of Expertise, HR Operations, People Partners, as well as  Global teams across Delivery Hero Group

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in employee experience and development

What you’ll need:

  • At least 7+ years in a similar role with relevant experience in talent development, performance management, and leadership development

  • Team leadership experience, with the ability to nurture a highly effective team 

  • Experience with adult learning in a corporate environment, including program development and facilitation & designing department-specific development programs

  • Knowledge of virtual presentation tools and common learning and development-building software

  • Ability to manage projects, create roadmaps for implementation and tack progress 

  • Strong data analysis skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of talent development programs

  • Ability to interpret business needs into HR strategies and break them into specific action plans

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization

  • Strong leadership and influencing abilities

  • Resilient with a high sense of ownership, empathy and people orientation

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English

Nice to have: 

  • Coaching certification and experience in providing coaching to leaders
