About the opportunity: As an Associate, Customer Experience specializing in application development, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our software meets the highest standards of functionality and reliability. Your responsibilities will include coding, debugging, testing, documenting, and providing technical support for our software applications, Help Center. You will collaborate closely with senior team members to address technical issues, develop creative solutions, and contribute to the overall success of our customer experience initiatives. You will own sub KPI's within the HC domain that focuses on the stabilization of customer journey through the Help Center platform. Responsibilities: Develop applications by writing clean, efficient, and maintainable codes Debug and test codes and user flows upon development to identify and resolve issues promptly Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all managed tasks promptly Research and investigate technical issues reported by customers or identified internally Complete data insights and impact monitoring on flows and codes that are deployed Approach problems systematically, analyze root causes, and propose effective solutions outside of the coding fields relevant to customer journeys on foodpanda applications Own significant KPI's within the team relevant to user navigation and seamless sessions on Help Center Collaborate with senior team members to support additional tasks and adhoc projects as needed Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Proficiency in coding and programming languages such as JavaScript and Python; familiarity with C++ or similar is a plus, but not a hard requirement for this role Proficiency in data querying and data analysis with tools like SQL, Tableau, Data Studio Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail Experience with software debugging, testing, and documentation Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast paced environment Growth and learner's mindset
