Our Editorial team consists of 90+ members and is responsible for creating our Partners’ menus (restaurants, cafés, shops, etc) in our platform, updating product details and prices, creating platform offers, supporting our Partners through calls & live chat, and updating all related info (delivery maps, contact details, etc).

We are currently in search of a Supervisor to take charge of daily operations. With a team of 7 Team Leaders under your guidance, you'll ensure swift problem resolution, uphold professionalism, and enhance our Partners' experience. Collaborating closely with decision-makers, you'll drive efficiency through innovative systems enhancements.

Your multitasking abilities and consultation skills will play a pivotal role in addressing complex issues and contributing to ongoing improvements. Be a part of our team and bring your innovative ideas to the table.

What you'll do:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the team
  • Provide support and guidance to Team Leaders
  • Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to company guidelines for top-notch service delivery
  • Collaborate with the Training team to address coaching needs and support agents as required
  • Contribute to developing and implementing new policies, with clear communication to the team
  • Foster strong communication and rapport with upper management and stakeholders
  • Participate in recruitment processes when necessary
  • Investigate and address escalated cases in partnership with the Partners Operations Manager
  • Evaluate current service delivery methods and drive improvements

What you’ll need:

  • 4+ years of experience managing large customer-facing teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in multitasking, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective stakeholder management and decision-making abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Sense of ownership and reliability
