Summary

What's On Our Plate

Team Management

  • Continuously track and check team's performance to ensure it is consistent with Internal KPIs, objectives and timelines
  • Conduct periodic team briefings to maintain performance standards or address any changes in process flow
  • Introduce or suggest process improvements by using knowledge and experience to improve overall output efficiency and productivity
     

Process Optimization

  • Develop SOPs to manage workload and adhere to SLAs
  • Highlight key issues and areas of development to address with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Enrich offline databases for ease of use and scalability

Vertical Migrations

  • Lead Vertical Migrations depending on suitability and enhanced customer experience
  • Create category trees and product listings based on research and experimentation
  • Work closely with Account Managers to collect relevant data from Partners
  • Monitor pre and post performance of migrated verticals and share insights

Key Account Revamp

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute Key Account recategorization, assortment revamp and inventory accuracy
  • Implement strategies to optimize content relevance in order to drive incremental Sales and improve Operational metrics


Streamlining Local and Regional Initiatives and Campaigns

  • Project manage by coordinating with internal stakeholders for planning, implementation, execution and monitoring
  • Organize training for new feature rollouts and content product advancements
  • Collate and share feedback on a regular basis to maintain content standards

Content Guidelines and Quality Check

  • Ensuring guidelines and timelines are adhered for every campaign and project
  • QC procedures to safeguard talabat and partner’s interest and minimize
  • escalations
  • Minimize content-related order cancellations through regular spot checks and long-term fixes

Opportunity Seeking

  • Analyze data to drive Customer acquisition, conversion and retention with existing and new Partners
  • Curate local campaigns by identifying gaps in the trade calendar

 

What We Ordered

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Team Leader
  • Retail experience is a plus
  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • Analytical and organized problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • CMS system knowledge is a plus
