Non-Key Final Check Agent

• Performs final quality checks on BPO-completed non-key update requests based on defined sampling ratios
• Applies control criteria in line with global and local quality standards
• Segregates correct and incorrect requests, classifies error types, and records findings
• Ensures that identified errors are corrected via the Pandora Vendor panel
• Revalidates its own quality performance through double-check mechanisms
• Measures quality rates to support the sustainable improvement of process quality
• Performs quality control of whitelist requests to ensure accurate information is published on the platform

• Detail-oriented working style with strong quality awareness
• Strong command of quality standards, control criteria, and sampling methodology
