Marketing Strategy Analyst (all genders)

We are on the lookout for a Marketing Strategy Analyst (all genders) to join the International Marketing Strategy - Performance Management  team in Berlin on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

In this role you will: 

• Work within our International Marketing Strategy team to drive projects that will define marketing strategy within the HQ and regional/local entities.

• Translate data into meaningful insights, package and present your recommendations on critical marketing topics to key decision makers within Delivery Hero Group.

• Track marketing performance metrics and KPIs, identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to address challenges and optimize results.

• Support senior management with regular and ad hoc reports, business cases and other  marketing topics.

• Assist in the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment of marketing strategies with broader business objectives. 

• You have at least 2-3  years (not counting internships) of work experience in management consulting or marketing strategy/business development function in industry.

• You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills and the ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions and present data-driven recommendations.

• SQL knowledge required.

• You have a high degree of comfort using Excel, PowerPoint and G-suite.

• You have a basic understanding of P&L/financial data.

• You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
