About the opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Campaign Executive to join our Global Marketing team on our journey to continuously improve campaign performance and operational excellence across Pandora (Foodora, Foodpanda, Yemeksepeti)
This role sits at the heart of campaign execution and performance management, ensuring strong visibility, accuracy, and continuous optimization of marketing activities across multiple channels and markets. The Campaign Executive will be responsible for tracking campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and driving efficiency through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
You will play a key role in eliminating repetitive manual tasks by introducing scalable workflows and smart automation, while supporting strategic decision-making through clear performance insights. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with a strategic mindset, a passion for marketing performance, and hands-on experience in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and impact.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with regional/local marketing team (including campaigns, brand and growth teams), marketing analytics team, and commercial team across Pandora to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and continuously optimized to maximize ROI and business impact
Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance, ensuring accurate reporting and actionable insights
Drive continuous optimization of campaigns by identifying performance gaps and recommending improvements across channels
Support the development of scalable campaign tracking frameworks and performance dashboards
Contribute to strategic discussions by translating performance data into clear, actionable insights
Act as a key POC for local teams on campaign guidelines, compliance, and optimization
Collaborate cross functionally to align on campaign goals, KPIs, and optimization strategies
Leverage AI tools and automation techniques to improve efficiency, reduce manual workload, and enhance decision-making speed
What you need to be successful
A Degree in marketing, business, engineering, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in campaign management, marketing strategy, marketing analytics, or a related field in a tech-driven or consumer-facing company
Strong understanding of marketing channels and campaign performance metrics
Proven ability to analyze data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations
Experience with marketing analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting systems
Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI tools, automation workflows, and productivity enhancement solutions
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect operational execution to broader business goals
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple markets and teams
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
