Manager, International Markets (all genders)

We are looking for a Manager, International Markets (all genders) to join the International Markets team in Berlin on our journey to always delivering amazing experiences.

We:

• Drive Delivery Hero strategy and cascade it to our 70+ markets while ensuring local insights and priorities are taken onboard into global strategy and plans

• Support global and regional P&L and portfolio management and ensure alignment between strategy and P&L

• Own value creation and performance improvement initiatives that cut across all functions of our business

• Are the key PoC between the HQ and our regional/local leadership teams, acting as advisors and providing hands on support when needed

• Have owner mentality, bias for action and high bar for performance 

In this role you will:

• Work within our global management team to drive projects that will define strategy and execution at C-levels within the HQ and regional/local entities

• Translate data into meaningful insights, package and present your recommendations on critical topics to key decision makers within Delivery Hero Group

• Collaborate with other HQ stakeholders to own and deliver cross-functional performance management initiatives. This will include initiatives to monitor, challenge and improve operational and financial performance

• Source, consolidate, and distribute best practices from Delivery Hero’s operations across 70+ countries 

• You have at least 5 years (not counting internships) of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a strategy/business development function in industry

• You have a high degree of comfort working with P&L/financial data, and modeling out business and financial scenarios

• You have used operational data to make decisions, generate insights and recommendations

• You are comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint and G-suite

• You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
