About the opportunity

We are on the lookout for an Analytics Manager  to join the Logistics Analytics Team (Rider), on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

In our Logistics Team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

As an Analytics Manager, you will bring insights across multiple domains, manage a team of analysts, and lead strategic data initiatives. You’ll work closely with stakeholders in Product, Tech, and Operations to support data-informed decision-making, while collaborating with Data Science and Engineering. While your focus will be on guiding the team and driving impact, there will also be opportunities to stay hands-on, contributing to analysis and shaping how we measure, experiment, and learn.

  • Manage our A/B testing operations in your domains to assess product changes

  • Define and track key product and business metrics, ensuring data is used to measure and drive success.

  • Own and build accessible, creative and engaging data visualizations to facilitate access to insights

  • Own curation of unstructured data in collaboration with Data Engineering, Product and Operations

  • Refine, challenge and support requests from stakeholders and manage generation of new data analyses

  • Lead data exploration projects, and help identify and define future insight and data needs to support various business initiatives

  • Own and maintain the data catalog for all Logistics Rider related dimensions, metrics, and KPIs, ensuring consistency, documentation, and accessibility

What you need to be successful

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • 3+ years of experience as a BI, Data, or Product Analytics Manager in internet or tech companies, ideally with a background as a data analyst

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or Statistics)

  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience working with large-scale data platforms (BigQuery experience preferred)

  • Solid experience with data visualization tools — Tableau is a plus

  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and collaborative workflows using GitHub

  • Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing or similar frameworks)

  • Experience managing data pipelines and ETL processes

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of challenging assumptions, refining project scopes, and improving team workflows or analytical standards

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Airflow

  • Experience with using data lakes / data marts
