Maintenance Manager - tMart

• Responsible for defining country expansion plans to reach growth targets
• Full functional knowledge of maintenance and engineering works required, including end-to-end planning and execution of store scouting, layout design, tender analysis, contract awarding, construction, and commissioning
• Leads and coordinates between different functions to reach the right decision on areas to expand in (logistics, commercial, operations, legal & city heads)
• Accountable for the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
• Manages the construction & procurement cycle from the Pre leasing until the go live (tendering, drawings, BOQs & negotiations)
• Negotiates contracts with landlords to reach the targeted budget
• Ensures alignment between the different functions until the go live date (operations, commercial, legal & logistics)
• Leading a team of maintenance supervisors, technicians, and multiple external vendors to ensure that all maintenance requirements are properly fulfilled for all stores in Egypt (equipment list, equipment maintenance, facilities management)
• Owns the maintenance related overhead budget and accountable to drive optimization to reach the business targets
• Designs and manages the maintenance team resources to ensure efficient utilization
• Leads others to solve complex problems; uses analytical thinking, tools and judgement to identify innovative solutions
• Manages & accountable for delivering the operations optimization initiatives along with the operations team (e.g. Layout optimization, dispatch areas...etc.)
• Manages & accountable for the CPAEX & OPEX related to maintenance & construction
   

• You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience within the respective field. 
• Great stakeholder management experience both internally and externally. 
• Team management 
• You are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job. 
• Language skills: Fluent English and Arabic would be a plus
