Logistics Operations Manager

We are looking for a Logistics Operations Manager to join our dynamic Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide spectrum of responsibilities, including leading and guiding the team of our Logistics Operations. You will oversee Logistics operations and monitor overall performance in order to enhance growth and offer excellent service experience.

What will you do:

• Initiate and manage operational projects to exceed logistics operations
• Lead riders equipment management, logistics product support operations and training & engagement
• Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency
• Oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management
• Manage a team of operations, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments, such as legal, procurement, marketing to achieve overall business objectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including central team, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance metrics, trends, and strategic recommendations.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and systems to improve logistics operations

What you will need:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, logistics or relevant position
• BSc in Logistics, Business or related field (a relevant Master's degree is a plus)
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Enthusiasm, willingness to learn and implement new ideas
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills & problem solving skills
• Great people management skills
