Mission:
Glovo launched Glovo On-Demand in 2022, a vertical that helps partners power their own delivery channels using our world-class logistics network. As Commercial Project Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing a portfolio of high-impact growth bets — not following a playbook, but building one.
You'll shape where the business goes next, identifying and executing new business opportunities. You'll also be the architect behind On-Demand commercial operating model, developing the commercial toolkit that powers the On-Demand team's day-to-day execution, and building the competitive intelligence view that sharpens our positioning against the market.

Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will
Own the business development pipeline for new strategic bets and pilots — including non-food segments — identifying new partner opportunities and the right growth models to pursue.
Build and standardize the commercial toolkit and processes that enable the On-Demand team to operate efficiently at scale.
Define the On-Demand partner operating model, with differentiated approaches by partner size.
Act as the voice of the market on competitor pricing, integrations, and incentives, sharpening our commercial positioning.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to ensure initiatives move from idea to execution.
4+ years of experience in a commercial or business development role, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and implement strategic initiatives focused on business development and improving the experience of our partners.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading initiatives end-to-end from scoping to execution.
Data-driven mindset, using data and insights to prioritize initiatives and drive decision-making.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, both with external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset, with a strong bias for action and ownership.
Solid English communication skills (written and spoken).
Nice to have: experience in a food tech environment.
