Our team at efood is expanding, and we’re looking for a creative and driven Junior Content Specialist to join our Marketing department. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping efood’s voice across channels, creating impactful content that resonates with our audience, drives engagement, and strengthens our brand presence.

This role is based in our central offices in Athens.
 

What you'll do:

• Be part of the internal Content team and ideate, create, and curate compelling content across social media, ensuring consistency with efood’s brand voice and visual identity.

• Manage and grow efood’s online community by monitoring comments and messages, engaging with followers in a timely and brand-aligned manner, fostering meaningful interactions, and escalating issues when necessary to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Support content production, including scripting for videos, coordinating video shootings.

• Optimize content based on performance data and audience insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains high quality standards.

• Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to keep efood’s communication fresh and relevant.

• 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a related field.

• Proven ability to create engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences.

• Excellent writing and editing skills in Greek (and good command of English).

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices.

• Creative thinking with attention to detail.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize content accordingly.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for food, digital culture, and storytelling.
