We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. The role is accountable to ensure the implementation and maintenance of efood’s computing needs. The successful candidate will have proven professional experience and detailed knowledge of best practice processes.
What you will do:
Provide end-user support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues via ticketing systems, email, remote assistance, or in person.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Manage user accounts and permissions in Intune, JumpCloud, and Okta.
Troubleshoot basic network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) and assist in maintaining telecommunications systems (VoIP, PBX).
Collaborate with IT team members and other departments (e.g., IT Engineers, IT Field Support Technicians) to enhance IT operations.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring proper IT setup.
Maintain IT documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and IT support best practices.
Ensure information security policies are adhered to and assets are properly managed.
University or Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in an IT support role.
Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Experience with user management in Single-Sign-On Platforms (OKTA), Intune, JamfPro, Active Directory.
Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-oriented approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Greek.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
ITIL Foundation certification or other relevant IT certifications (Google IT Support, CompTIA A+, CCNA/MTCNA, Microsoft ISPC.
