Intern, People Partner

• Organize, maintain, and update the People database
• Create reports and presentations through the guidance of the Senior People Business Partner/HRBP Senior Manager
• Provide support in organizing events and engagement programs
• Provide support in creating key visuals or digital collaterals
• Research and present new or upcoming HR trends

• Must be an academic required internship, can render atleast 240+ hours
• Willing to go on site 2-3 times a week, hybrid internship
• Organized and Detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills - English and Tagalog, outgoing people person
• Self-starter and creative thinker
• Currently taking up a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Legal Management or any related course
• Proficiency in Google Suites, Canva (other creative software/tools) is a must.
