We are on the lookout for an Intern, Candidate Experience to join the Talent Acquisition Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Join the team that champions the employee experience at Delivery Hero. As part of the People & Culture Team, you’ll help attract, develop, and retain top talent, creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow. With each initiative you support, you’ll be building a positive culture that fuels innovation, teamwork, and a sense of belonging across our global organization.
Coordinate, manage and plan interviews with multiple stakeholders
Facilitate candidate management by being the first point of contact to them - always striving for an exceptional candidate experience
Drive candidate experience improvements through a variety of projects
Work daily with Workday and SmartRecruiters, our ATS tools
Collaborate with colleagues to carry out administrative tasks
Opportunity to take on various side projects, to aid in your growth and development
What you need to be successful
You are based in Berlin and have legal working rights in Germany
Excellent communication skills - you listen with the intent to understand and are able to bridge gaps in knowledge
Stakeholder management skills - You are good with people and managing relations with stakeholders
Ability to prioritize, organize and complete multiple projects with various deadlines, with great attention to detail
Goal-oriented - you can work autonomously to meet the needs of your stakeholders, team, and Delivery Hero
