Intern, Agentic AI Strategy & Operations

We are on the lookout for an Intern, Agentic AI Strategy & Operations to join the Agentic AI Team on our journey to transform the way we serve our restaurant partners.

This is not just another internship. It's a rare opportunity to help build and scale AI agents with real business impact—beyond decks and slides. You’ll contribute to the creation of AI-powered systems that will directly support hundreds of thousands of restaurant partners across 70+ markets. You will report directly to the Director of Agentic AI Strategy & Operations and be a full member of the Agentic AI team. • Support the cross-functional team to design, scale, and measure performance of AI Agents for restaurant partners

• Assist in preparing new market launches and coordinate execution across commercial, product and data teams

• Assist in developing frameworks to evaluate agent performance, improve quality, and identify optimization opportunities

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of structured knowledge bases that AI agents rely on to provide high-quality responses

• Drive analyses to assess the business and operational impact of conversational AI agents

• Help prepare strategic recommendations and executive-level materials for senior stakeholders across global teams

• You are a top-performing student at a leading university in a relevant field such as business, computer science, data science, economics, or engineering

• You have completed at least one internship in a strategic, analytical, or technical environment (e.g. strategy consulting, tech product teams, VC/PE, or AI startups)

• You’re curious about how AI will shape the future of food delivery

• You are analytical, structured, and strong in both problem-solving and communication

• You thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy taking initiative on tough challenges

• You are hands-on, have a strong bias for action, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done

• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
