HR Operations Associate

We are looking for an HR Operations Associate to join our HR Operations team and handle various personnel-related. The ideal candidate has gained experience in HR processes, is organized, and can handle various administrative tasks on time.

The role involves hybrid model both working at home and at the headquarters (N. Irakleio) and our branches (Koropi).

What you’ll do:

• Implement onboarding and offboarding processes, prepare HR Documents (contracts, forms etc.)
• Organize, maintain, and update employee records (physical and digital)
• Update internal databases in a timely manner
• Provide support and respond to employees regarding HR-related inquiries
• Collect on a monthly basis all the data related to employees’ payroll and inform the payroll team
• Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations to ensure compliance
• Ensures on time declaration on Ergani of all necessary updates (working schedules, overtimes etc)
• Process documentation and prepare reports

What you‘ll need:

• At least 3 years of experience in HR Operations roles
• Advanced knowledge of Ergani and labor laws
• Hands-on experience with an HR Software (Workday knowledge will be considered a plus)
• Experience in Payroll preparation
• High level of attention to detail and numerical literacy
• Excellent proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize
• Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
• Computer literacy
• People-oriented personality, approachable, good listener
• Good sense of responsibility and commitment to confidentiality
• Highest levels of integrity
