HR Budget & Reporting Executive - Hybrid

• Executing and coordinating all processes related budget & reporting & related HR activities implementation for Yemeksepeti entities,
• Responsible for preparing and following personnel budget and HR expense budget,
• Coordinating of preparation of personnel budget according to cost analysis and staff planning,
• Responsible for the benchmark process regarding wage and benefits on the basis of the position, setting up the wage system in the direction of company strategies and its application,
• Carrying out yearly/quarterly/monthly and ad-hoc budget/actual studies
• Ad-hoc reporting,
• Cost to Company (CTC) calculations,
• Internal and external benchmark studies,
• Monthly Budget vs Actual cost comparison report,
• Responsible for preparing and following budget-related queries
• Ensuring all procedures and policies concerning budget are formed and maintained updated,
• Supporting the payroll/personnel expenses management process,
• Representing the department and the Company to internal and external institutions, managing the relationship that he/she is responsible for,
• Responsible for preparing the reports on time; making suggestions about results, analysis, feedback and improvement areas, if any.

• University graduate (preferable Master degree),
• Related 4-6 years of experience in Total Rewards & Budget & Reporting (Finance and/or HR field),
• Very good command of English,
• Very good command of Microsoft Office, Workday or other HR Information or Reporting systems,
• Able to work collaboratively with other departments,
• Outstanding follow-up and, multitasking skills,
• Excellent problem-solving skills,
• Strong communication and social skills.
