Employee Relations & People Operations Manager - Hybrid

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the employee support service department.
• Managing a team of support services and work to ensure that these individuals are providing quality service in accordance with company standards.
• Designing, implementing, monitoring, leading, coaching, and overseeing the entire People ops and ER team and managing end to end employee life cycle and people process from perspective including but not limited to onboarding to offboarding processes.
• Managing and if needed carrying out the personnel processes of all employees
• Managing and if needed carrying out the systemic processes and paperwork processes in employment and dismissal and all other processes. (promotion, benefits, legal, compliance related, disciplinary, legal labor disputes related etc.)
• Ensuring resolving employee questions, concerns and grievances
• Managing of Providing daily/ad hoc support to employees as per the requests.

• Graduated from related departments of universities,
• An excellent command of writing and speaking English,
• Minimum 6 years of experience,
• Self-confident and persuasive,
• Able to work collaboratively with other departments,
• Outstanding follow-up and, multitasking skills,
• Excellent problem-solving skills,
• Strong communication and social skills
