Job description
We’re hiring a Head of Strategic Initiatives - CEO office, a role that sits at the center of how the business is steered and executed day-to-day. You’ll work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to shape priorities, run the company’s operating cadence, and lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives from concept through to execution. The role combines structured problem-solving with hands-on delivery, spanning everything from strategic planning and OKRs to C-level governance and critical transformation projects across our global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and drive strategic cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders, from concept to execution
Provide analytical support and insights to guide decision-making on key business questions
Align global, regional, and local priorities by support defining and refreshing company strategy and aligning strategy across central, regional and local entities
Run governance for C-level and OKR meetings, ensuring strong follow-up and accountability
Support strategic projects from global initiatives to C-level offsite planning
Design and maintain business planning processes, including OKRs, roadmaps, and reporting dashboards
Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO, helping move the business forward with clarity and focus
- 5+ years (excluding internships) of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance/transaction advisory, complemented by in-house experience in a high-growth or complex organization, ideally in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic operations role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Sharp strategic thinking and structured problem-solving—comfortable navigating ambiguity
- High business acumen, with the ability to synthesize data and insights into clear recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills—especially with senior leadership
- Experience building governance structures, leading planning cycles, and driving accountability
- Strong written and verbal communication, with a knack for translating complexity into clarity
