We're seeking a Head of Marketing, Quick Commerce (all genders) to lead strategic and operational marketing efforts across 8 European markets under the foodora brand. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, you'll drive growth and strengthen our quick commerce, grocery, and retail value proposition by collaborating with local and regional stakeholders. Your role involves crafting and executing marketing strategies for foodora Market and prominent grocery and retail brands, while fostering partner relationships and adapting to our fast-paced environment. Your mission:

  • Responsible for implementing foodoras marketing strategy for QC

  • Develop and implement marketing plans together with your local counterparts and stakeholders 

  • Establish and foster relationships with key stakeholders within the grocery and retail sector and important partners therein. 

  • Plan, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns together with our local marketing teams, partners and other business stakeholders. 

  • Identify and adapt best practices for our QC vertical marketing efforts

  • Identify and execute on new opportunities as well as make sure to recommend and drive marketing campaigns that are strategically important for the grocery and retail sector

  • Create a promotional and value structure for Grocery and Retail using foodoras value strategy that’s already established.

  • Collaborate with local business partners to drive and enhance value-adding opportunities.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders within Product and tech to work on prioritizing development needs for the QC marketing scope. 

  • Support local teams to drive and implement CPG partnership marketing initiatives

  • Support local teams in in enhancing their relationship with CPG partners by  delivering best practices on ket marketing initiatives

  • Work closely with regional and local stakeholders to help drive NCR 

  • Manage branding initiatives and opportunities for the foodora brand in the European region.

Your heroic skills: 

  • At least 8+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager level or above.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills. Including the ability to manage several stakeholders, on several levels, internally and externally. 

  • Marketing experience running successful marketing campaigns with broad knowledge across the full marketing mix of channels as well as grocery and retail marketing specific dynamics.

  • Detail oriented as well as data driven. Experience in making data manageable and executable for other stakeholders. 

  • High commercial acumen with high ability to evaluate promotional opportunities and mechanics.
