We are looking for a Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Culture (all genders) to join the Culture, Engagement & DEI team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

You will empower the future of our workforce by developing and refining our DEI strategies, processes, and programs. Our goal is to cultivate a diverse and inclusive environment where every individual feels a profound sense of belonging, unlocking their potential to deliver their best work.

Your mission:

• Co-create and implement strategies, programs, policies, and practices in partnership with key stakeholders to enable a diverse and inclusive work environment and ensure our Heroes feel a sense of belonging

• Provide subject matter expertise, coaching, and guidance to cross-functional partners including People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Learning Partners to enhance DEI practices

• Provide guidance and support to business leaders, managers, and employees to foster a culture of inclusion and engagement.

• Bring together and lead existing workstreams to achieve DEI targets at pace

• Establish clear goals, objectives, and performance metrics to measure progress and evaluate the effectiveness of DEI initiatives.

• Analyze and report on diversity metrics, trends and progress

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and emerging issues related to DEI and incorporate them into the strategy

• Lead our Diversity Advisory Board 

• Partner with our Hero Communities, Delivery Hero's employee resource groups, and support their impact to foster a sense of belonging 

• Lead, mentor and upskill our DEI team

Your heroic skills: 

• 5-8 years of DEI experience and 3-4 years of people management experience

• Knowledge of diversity laws, legislation and regulation in the context of a larger scaled, global business (familiarity with the EMEA business landscape is a strong plus).

• Expert level knowledge of current DEI theories, trends and best practices, including familiarity with key concepts like intersectionality and cultural intelligence

• Track record of leading and implementing DEI solutions to deliver meaningful results, bringing an agile approach to work with a keen sense of when and how to prioritize work

• Strong formal project management skills, excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and across diverse groups.

• Familiarity with workplace diversity metrics, data management and analytics.

• Ted Talk level presentation skills, ease in presenting complex topics in clear, simple and structured ways - that leaves an impression and motivates change
