Job description
- Take ownership of analyzing customer behavior and key growth-related business metrics to uncover insights that will shape company-wide growth strategies.
- Lead the YeClub loyalty program and be responsible from end-to-end loyalty program strategy & execution including but not limited to program structure, financial estimations, product roadmap, offline and online communication strategy.
- Lead strategic planning and provide guidance to sub-marketing teams for designing and executing highly impactful marketing campaigns.
- Develop advanced customer segmentation frameworks and create bespoke offers that align with customer interests and business objectives.
- Act as a senior partner to BI, Tech, Product, Sales, and other teams to drive cross-functional, data-informed initiatives.
- Conduct high-level market research and competitive analysis, anticipating emerging trends and identifying strategic growth opportunities.
- Introduce and champion innovative ideas to optimize marketing efficiency, reduce acquisition costs, and enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth mindset and data-driven culture of the team.
- A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Economics, Technology, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in growth marketing, data analysis, or consulting, with a proven track record of leading complex, high-impact projects. Previous experience in the tech industry is strongly preferred.
- At least 2 years of people management experience.
- Expertise in advanced data analysis and tools, such as Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, or other platforms, with the ability to guide junior colleagues in data interpretation.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a knack for translating data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business.
- A proactive mindset, capable of prioritizing and managing complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment.
- A demonstrated ability to innovate, solve complex problems creatively, and drive measurable improvements.
