Group Product Manager - (Logistics - Service AI, OneView Domain)

We are on the lookout for a Group Product Manager to lead the OneView domain in our Service Logistics product line. This role will lead the team responsible for delivery of AI Agents into our service experience and will oversee the evolution of tools used by our human Agent workforce to create amazing service experiences for our customers, riders & vendors globally. 

In this role, you will lead the domain’s Product Managers, ensuring we continue to develop a world-class team and leveraging your experience utilizing AI in product development to challenge the evolution of our products. You will work collaboratively with engineering, data science, analytics, design/UX research and product ops to create a high-performance team culture within the team and deliver value quickly.

• Lead a range of end-user and Agent-facing tools that supports millions of  customer, rider & vendor issues every month. 

• Responsible growth & development of 3 - 4 product managers, shaping their product-mindset and supporting their ongoing career growth. 

• Set a multi-year vision for your products and foster a culture that delivers value against that vision every quarter. 

• Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company; build consensus on the product roadmap and demonstrate impact.

• Manage expectations of stakeholders from 40+ countries, ensuring strong collaboration by building consensus on the product roadmap. 

• 8+ years of experience in experience in product management and 4+ years of experience as a people manager

• Track record of successfully launching and constantly improving B2B(2C) products

• Data-driven and impact-oriented; very comfortable with metrics & KPIs

• Ability to balance user needs with business priorities and provide a rationale behind your decisions

• Exceptional interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication skills

• Fluent in English
