Overview
The Graduate Development Program is a 24-month, highly selective journey designed for ambitious Saudi graduates ready to learn, explore, and make a real impact from day one. The program provides rotational exposure across key business functions, combining hands-on experience, mentorship, international exposure, and structured learning to build strong business foundations.
The program is built to accelerate growth, challenge perspectives, and provide a well rounded understanding of the organization, including opportunities for international exposure.
Selection criteria will assess successful candidates through a multi stage assessment process designed to identify top talent with the potential to grow into future leaders.

The Track Overview
The Commercial Strategy track is tailored for graduates who aspire to drive the organization’s market position and revenue growth. This track sits at the nexus of sales, data science, and strategic planning, challenging participants to translate market intelligence into sustainable competitive advantages.

Core Pillars of Specialization
Sales Enablement & Performance: Developing the frameworks, tools, and playbooks that empower our commercial teams to achieve peak productivity.
Market Intelligence & Analytics: Conducting rigorous competitor benchmarking and performance tracking to inform executive decision-making.
Commercial Risk Management: Engineering advanced fraud prevention strategies and cost-optimization models for customer-facing functions.
What you need to be successful
- Bachelor’s graduates (Class of 2023 and later)
- GPA 3.5 / 4.0 or above
- Fluent in English
- Backgrounds in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, IT / MIS, Marketing, Business Administration, or Supply Chain
