Global Strategy Lead - HQ

YOUR MISSION

In this role, you will act as a primary strategic driver, reporting to senior leadership to dismantle complex business hurdles and define the platform’s future. You will operate with full ownership over high-stakes projects, with strong focus on high-level individual execution and cross-functional influence.

THE JOURNEY

• Lead key strategic projects, supporting senior stakeholders to crack diverse and highly demanding problems.

• Help define the future of our platform, working on making it more accessible and mapping out paths to sustainable profitability.

• You will serve as a principal strategist, guiding a pod of analysts through the successful execution of diverse projects. By translating high-level strategy into clear workstreams, you will mentor the team's core competencies while maintaining your focus on hands-on strategic delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• 4+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a fast-paced analytical role within a high-growth environment.
• A tertiary qualification in business, finance, economics, STEM, or a related field (top-tier academic background or business school preferred).
• Highly strategic and structured thinking: you know how to break down and analyze problems at their root.
• An entrepreneurial mindset: you are comfortable navigating extreme ambiguity, taking ownership of results, and creatively problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply and manage expectations across a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and lead multiple project workstreams concurrently and independently.
• A keen interest in tech, platform businesses, and last-mile logistics.

Nice to have:

• Demonstrated track record of translating practical recommendations into concrete action and results.
• Intermediate SQL skills and proficiency in G-Suite (Sheets, Slides).
