We are on the lookout for a Process Analyst (12-month fixed-term) to join the Global People Operations team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
The role will focus on process mapping, standardization, and optimization of HR operational workflows across the employee lifecycle to support the enhancement of a Global People Operations model.
Working closely with People Operations, People Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and the People Technology team, the Process Analyst ensures that processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with global standards — while supporting automation and digital enablement initiatives.
This is a hands-on, project-focused role, ideal for a professional with strong process analysis skills and experience in People Operations environments.
Process Analysis & Design: Map and document end-to-end People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire).
Develop standardized process documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and RACI matrices.
Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and create training materials and process documentation for Global People Operations teams.
Continuous Improvement & Automation: Monitor and evaluate process performance post-implementation.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure all process documentation aligns with global People policies, data privacy, and compliance standards (GDPR, local regulations).
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with People Partners, COEs, and Regional People Operations teams to gather process requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt certification preferred.
3–5 years’ experience in HR process improvement, HR operations, or Shared Services.
Proven experience in process mapping, documentation, and workflow optimization.
Strong knowledge of global HR processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, payroll support).
Familiarity with HR technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM.
Experience working on HR transformation or system implementation projects preferred.
