About the opportunity

We are looking for a Fleet Operations Coordinator to help our Fleet Operations team and Management with their day-today operations. On a daily basis, you’ll work closely with Fleet Operations team in order to improve operations’ quality, provide support & solutions to our riders and Logistics team whenever needed. At the end of the day, you will lift any blockers that compromise the team’s performance and goals.
What you will do:
- Foster a positive work environment and maintain strong relationships with riders to promote teamwork and collaboration
- Serve as a point of contact (including face-to-face interaction) to address any concerns or issues they may encounter
- Provide support to Fleet Manager where required
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Schedule regular visits to riders to provide support, gather feedback, and address any operational challenges, demonstrating problem-solving skills and taking ownership to ensure operational efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections of rider equipment and vehicles to maintain safety standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics, demonstrating expertise in the logistics industry and understanding of market conditions to inform decision-making
- Provide an efficient and courteous point of contact dealing with telephone and email inquiries
What you will need:
- Experience in Logistics/Operations or relevant field will be a plus
- A natural tendency to communicate effectively, lead & inspire team members
- Strong computer skills, proficient use of MS Excel
- A can-do attitude in an ever-changing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills while multitasking
- Love to always aim higher
- Great knowledge of the Greek and English language
