Finance Insights Analyst

To reach this goal, we need a 360, analytical and results driven person to join our Finance Insights team, playing a critical role to support the Company’s decision-makers. THE JOURNEY

• Provide meaningful financial reports and dashboards to all relevant stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Ensure completeness, timeliness, accuracy and compliance of all financial reports under your ownership.
• Work closely with the FP&A, Controlling Teams and Heads of Finance to understand their needs and deliver innovative and insightful new solutions.
• Develop procedures and identify new controls for your areas.
• Support the Company’s decision makers with any ad-hoc requests.
• Develop new data visualization tools.
• Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
• 2+ years of experience in Finance or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of g-sheets and excel.
• Advanced command of the English language.
• The ability to summarize and present complex issues in a simple way.
• Obsessed with continuous improvements, delivering value and willing to improve and automate existing manual tasks.
• Detail-oriented, problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach, pragmatic, proactive, autonomous, good vibes.
• An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
• A passion to make a positive impact on the life of millions of people through technology.

• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
