Facilities Support - instashop

As a Facilities Support, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors. Your duties will include monitoring entrances and exits, conducting regular patrols, and managing access control to prevent unauthorized entry. You will respond to alarms, handle security incidents professionally, and work closely with other team members to maintain a secure environment. This role requires strong observation skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety protocols. As a Security Guard, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, welcoming atmosphere and will be a key part of our commitment to providing a secure workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrolling designated property randomly or regularly to monitor and prevent damage and breaches of security
• Protecting property assets and tenant from theft, damage or accidents
• Providing visible presence that enforces safety and security
• Responding to alarms and requests for help
• Preparing written reports of observations and incidents
• Contacting relevant authorities to deal with unlawful or irregular activities
• Monitoring and preventing movement of prohibited items into and out of property

• 1 to 3 proven working experience in the same field
• Detail oriented and strong observations skills
• Excellent knowledge of security operations and safety practices
• Knowledge of security law and regulations
• Good professional appearance and attitude
• Flexible with different work schedules
