Executive Vendor Support

• Receive and manage complaints from vendors through emails.
• Listen attentively to vendor concerns and issues, showing empathy and understanding.
• Investigate complaints thoroughly to identify the root cause and determine appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as operations, logistics, and finance, to resolve vendor complaints efficiently.
• Communicate with vendors to provide updates on the status of their complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all vendor complaints and their resolutions.
• Analyze complaint data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and suggest process improvements to prevent future complaints.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while handling vendor complaints.
• Strive to exceed vendor expectations and maintain positive relationships with them.
• Managing and creating discounts for home chefs vertically.

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management or equivalent experience
• Min. 2-5 years of relevant experience in similar industries
• Experience in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to succeed in a player-coach role
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Prior experience in driving loyalty or subscription programs preferred
• Data analysis experience preferred
• Strong project and stakeholder management abilities
