About the opportunity

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Resolve online inquiries from the fleet in professional manner
  • Handle fleet disputes online
  • Administer payment in internal systems
  • Carry out product tests for roll-out of new features
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 


What you need to be successful

  • Bachelor’ Degree in Business or relevant.
  • 1 year of experience in human resources, administration or operations 
  • Welcoming fresh graduate candidates that are hungry for new challenges and learning opportunities
  • A self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-minded and sensitive to numbers
  • Fluency in both Written English and Chinese
  • Patient and with positive attitude
