About the opportunity
We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Equipment Administrator to join our Logistics team on a Fixed-Term Contract. In this role, you will be the backbone of our fleet and rider operations, ensuring that our riders are equipped with everything they need to deliver top-notch service. From managing the physical inbound and outbound of equipment to keeping our internal systems and inventories spotlessly accurate, your work will directly impact our daily operational success.
What you'll do:
- Handle the delivery of equipment to new riders and manage the return process from offboarded riders.
Accurately log all equipment movements (deliveries, returns, damages) into our internal software and tracking tools.
Oversee the physical receipt of new stock and coordinate the outbound preparation of gear.
Conduct regular inventory checks and stock counts to ensure data alignment and minimize discrepancies.
Monitor, respond to, and resolve internal requests and support tickets related to equipment issues in a timely manner.
