About the opportunity

  • Oversee the performance and operations of pandago both B2C and C2C
  • Client/Relationship Management, client retention and complaint resolution - pandago and corporate 
  • Understand client pain points around employee benefits, engagement, and satisfaction to position 'foodpanda for business' solutions to solve those specific challenges
  • Lead demonstrations to show potential and existing clients the capabilities of the product and the best way to utilize our platform
  • Helping first-time clients with their first order, following up, and turning them into recurring clients
  • Leading clients satisfaction by liaising with the Managers
  • Assist with general marketing activities including events, email campaigns and corporate client offers
  • Implementing new ideas and business strategies to expand and maintain existing client base and sales growth to secure target (e.g. numbers of active users, numbers of orders, revenue, etc) and meet the set weekly and monthly target/KPIs
  • Responsible for managing and monitoring account receivables
  • Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the managers

What you need to be successful

  • Minimum of 3 years in client service / client (account) management / sales related working experiences with demonstrated achievement
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Demonstrate excellent skills in communication, negotiation & client support in driving sales growth
  • Fast in reacting and responding to problem (problem solving skill) and high responsibility
  • Decent analytical skill and comfortable in working with data
  • Past experience in B2B or C2C, Ecommerce, F&B, hotel and leisure, restaurant vendors, insurance, or pharmaceutical is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision
  • Good command in English
